Entry to any SAIBT and CELUSA competition is free, is open to SAIBT and CELUSA students currently enrolled in one module or more, and is automatic on the uploading of your Material.

To enter a SAIBT and CELUSA competition you must abide by UniSA’s Guidelines for students on use of IT facilities including Email and Internet (https://i.unisa.edu.au/policies-and-procedures/codes/miscellaneous/IT-facilities-students/ as per the SAIBT/CELUSA Student Code of Conduct v3.0) and any additional Terms and Conditions applicable to the relevant competition.

Winners of SAIBT and CELUSA competitions will be determined by SAIBT and CELUSA staff. The decisions of SAIBT and CELUSA staff are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winners' names, and the city/town/suburb in which they live, may be published on the SAIBT and CELUSA ‘In the Loop’ webpage and on the SAIBT Facebook and Instagram pages and the CELUSA Instagram page.

SAIBT and CELUSA may use any information, (including personal information) provided by you, in order to contact you for any reason in relation to SAIBT and CELUSA. We will not give your personal information to any party outside of the SAIBT and CELUSA without your permission, in accordance with the Navitas privacy policy (found at https://www.saibt.sa.edu.au/privacy).

If there is an event which prevents or hinders the SAIBT and CELUSA’s conduct of a competition or the ability to deliver the prize to the winner, then SAIBT and CELUSA may in its discretion cancel any competition. Further, SAIBT and CELUSA may at its sole discretion recommence it under the same conditions.

SAIBT and CELUSA may at its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
